The City of Beijing
Transportation
Beijing has the oldest metro system in China (opened in 1969) with 17 lines and an extensive bus system that run to all corners of the city. Both transports are easy to use and quite cheap.
Beijing Food
Beijing food is generally salty and a bit oily. The Peking Duck (北京烤鸭) is probably its most famous dish. Also to try are the Beijing pancakes (煎饼), sugar-coated haws and Rolling Donkeys (glutinous rice balls).
Beijing Weather
The summers in Beijing are generally pretty hot and dry, with temperatures rarely dropping below 30°C. And summer is so hot that there is a risk of occasional quick rainstorm in the afternoons.

Our Beijing school is just 10 minutes from Dongzhimen metro station in the centre of the city’s most vibrant expat areas.
Classrooms
Our classrooms are fully equipped with computers, whiteboards, and WIFI access. They have been designed to be bright and welcoming to induce learning.
Lounge & Terrace
Relax in the calm and tranquil surroundings of our private lounge area or the rooftop terrace. This place is great for studying, socializing or even practicing kungfu.
Main campus space
Our main hall area is a great space for socializing, studying and cultural activities. There is also an unlimited supply of tea, coffee, and water for campers and parents.
The City of Shanghai
Transportation
Get around easily in Shanghai by metro or bus. The metro system has colour-coded lines and directions in English and Chinese. The buses run 24 hours and go to every corner of the city.
Shanghainese Food
Shanghainese food is generally sweet; the city consumes the most sugar in China! Make sure you take the time to try the city’s signature xiaolongbao (小笼包), huntun (馄饨) and shengjian (生煎) dumplings.
Shanghai Weather
As Shanghai has a sub-tropical climate, it is hot and humid in Shanghai in the summer. Be prepared for rain as well as sunshine! Be prepared for occasional high winds and torrential downpours.

Our Shanghai school is just 10 minutes from Jing’an Temple, in the heart of the downtown area.

Beijing Camp
Join our Chinese Summer Camp in Beijing from June to August every year. Our camp programs include Chinese lessons, cultural activities and field trips to various Beijing attractions.
Shanghai Camp
Our Shanghai Summer Camp includes a variety of Chinese lessons, cultural activities and field trips to famous landmarks in Shanghai. Summer Camp runs from June to August annually.
